The Botanist Gin Experience



We had the recen pleasure of hosting our friends from The Botanist Gin for a unique tasting and gin-discovery experience. Guests were treated to a glimpse into the unique process behind The Botanist's Islay Gin - direct from Islay natives Chloe Wood and Kate Hannet, Asia Pacific brand manager, and wildlife photographer-come-forager respectively.

Brewed just 6 times a year on the Hebridean island of Islay, it comprises of 22 local botanicals that delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds and peels.

Distilled slowly, the blend of botanicals are gently coaxed into yielding the signature, floral gin we now enjoy.

A gin that has the power to convert even the most anti of gin drinkers, we suggest if you haven’t already you race out and try it for yourself.

SERVE: over ice, topped with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
