New: Reinhard Plank Hats

Reinhard Plank believes that “Glück ist wo Hüte sind.“ – Luck is, where hats are. After graduating in Industrial Design during 1998 from the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Italian designer Reinhard Plank started to experiment with recycled hats, reshaping them on his own personal style. It was around this time that he designed what has since become signature hat: the IL CLASSICO. With a thriving passion for making and designing hats, he decided to move to Tuscany in 2005 to approach the old and traditional art of making hats. Hats are often not our first accessory of choice, however, Reinhard Plank has reinvented the way in which we can enjoy hats, and has us weak at the knees at the idea of wearing such a specially crafted piece of artwork. Hats not only define one's look, but add character and charm to even the simplest of outfits. And you never know, one of these hats might just become your lucky charm... - Reinhard Plank hats will be available at The Shelter from Wednesday 5th August.
